QueueDrop Privacy Policy

This policy describes how QueueDrop processes information when providing its queue-management service.

Information processed

QueueDrop may process account details, business and branch information, queue and stub records, optional customer mobile numbers, device information, billing records, and operational/security logs.

Why we process it

We process information to provide queue services, authenticate users, send opted-in notifications, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and maintain security.

Service providers

QueueDrop may use infrastructure, authentication/database, hosting, email, monitoring, payment, and SMS providers to operate the service. Only information reasonably needed for those functions is shared.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, billing, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. QueueDrop uses access controls and technical safeguards, while businesses remain responsible for protecting their own credentials and staff access.

Your choices and requests

Customers choose whether to provide a mobile number for SMS alerts where offered. Account holders and data subjects may contact QueueDrop regarding access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy requests.

Philippine privacy
