QueueDrop Terms of Service

Effective September 12, 2026

Service

QueueDrop provides web-based queue management tools for businesses. Customers are responsible for their account, staff access, branch configuration, and lawful use of customer information.

Subscriptions

Paid access is governed by the selected plan, billing period, renewal mode, and plan limits shown at checkout. Access to write operations may be restricted after a trial or paid period expires. Manual renewal remains available where automatic renewal is not enabled.

Messaging

Businesses must obtain any consent required before sending SMS or other notifications through QueueDrop. Messaging charges and provider restrictions may apply.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not use QueueDrop for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service. QueueDrop may suspend accounts that threaten the service or other users. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the service is provided without a guaranteed service-level commitment.

Business data and account security

Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of information they enter into QueueDrop and for keeping administrator, staff, terminal, and device credentials secure.

Changes and termination

Plans and future prices may change with notice. Existing paid periods are not shortened solely because of a price change. Either party may end use subject to outstanding obligations and applicable refund terms.
