Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trials
A free trial may be cancelled before conversion to a paid plan. Trial access ends when the trial expires unless a paid subscription is activated.
Paid subscriptions
For manual billing, access continues through the paid period and a new payment is required to extend service. When recurring billing is enabled, cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period. Unless required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise, partial-period usage is not automatically refundable.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact jamesrael.rosario@gmail.com with the business name, payment date, and reference so the transaction can be investigated. Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment channel when supported.
SMS usage
Messaging usage may be subject to third-party provider costs and is not treated as cash. Any paid messaging package or included allowance will be described before purchase.
